The following fuel surcharges will be applied to the invoice based on the location of the container delivery.

ZONE A: 5% ( Twenty Percent)

• Nassau County
• Duval County
• Northern Clay County; Argyle Forest and north
• Northern Ponte Vedra

ZONE B: 20%  (Twenty Five Percent)

• Baker County, MacClenny and east
• Central Clay County
• St. Johns County; CR 206 and north

ZONE C: Bid Pricing

• Balance of counties in the State of Florida
