Fees:  20 yard Container $400.00 up to 3 tons. ($60.00 per each additional ton)

Payment Terms: (Credit Card, Cash & Business Checks are acceptable)

All invoices will incur fuel surcharges based per PG 3 Zone Map. Prorating of additional tonnage fees will apply. All payments will be processed at time of container pick up or no later than Wednesday of each calendar week. All Credit Cards Payments will incur a 4% service charge for Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express.

Indemnification and Liability:

Lessee assumes all risk and liability due to any cause, for the loss of or damaged to container, for the death of or injury to any person or property of another, and for all other risks and liabilities arising from the use, condition, possession or storage of container. Lessee agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless lessor, its agents, employees, officers, attorneys and insurance carriers from all claims, losses or damage lessor may sustain.

Ors shall not be responsible for any damage caused to driveways due to existing improper conditions such as but not limited to; driveway poured less than 4” thick, voids or washout underneath driveway, existing cracks or concrete separation in driveway.
